STAFF

• Physician Advisor: Michael A. Sedrish, M.D., board-certified and possessing extensive Utilization Review experience, will collaborate with the Case Managers and directly intervene with treating physicians/providers when indicated. Dr. Sedrish will refer to his panel of sub-specialty consultants when specialty area peer reviews and consultations are needed.

• Marketing Director: Clara Ciccotelli is a leading authority in the area of labor welfare fund administration and has been an invited speaker as well as having published numerous trade articles for the insurance industry. In addition to Clara's marketing expertise, her extensive experience in benefit plan design and administration provides our clients with an invaluable resource and consultant. Clara's contribution to customer service is a key element of Total Claims Review's customized client support services.

• Marketing Advisor: Fred J. Criscuolo is highly qualified in the health care cost containment field, with 42 years experience. Fred has served in executive capacities with two major labor unions and was directly responsible for the cost containment and utilization management of their funds. He was extremely successful in these areas, which resulted in significant savings in these health funds. Fred also has significant Administrative experience, having served as Mayor of a Bergen County Municipality for twelve years and as Chairman of the Utilities Authority of Bergen County for five years.

• Administrative Director: Donna Miller has more than 20 years of administration and customer service experience. She has in-depth computer and systems knowledge and has the ability to tailor our computer system to each individual client's needs while keeping those clients continually updated on the status of their cases.

• Registered Nurses: Our clinical staff is currently comprised of seven registered nurses with at least 10 years of nursing experience and a minimum of two years experience in an insurance based setting. Currently, four of our nurses are Certified Nurse Case Managers (C.C.M.).
